HCSS Top 10 Christmas Films

We count down our all-time favourite Christmas films that are guaranteed to charm, entertain and in the odd case terrify you in to feeling festive!

A modern take on the Christmas Carol story, I love this film because you get the classic plotline but in a very funny, cynical, unsentimental way. There are some great characters (the violent Ghost of Christmas Present fairy is a favourite) plus Bill Murray plays the lead, what else could you possibly want?

Key 103 Mission Christmas, Cash for Kids

‘‘Mission Christmas’’, Cash for Kids is all about giving gifts to children between the ages of 0-18 living in poverty and making their Christmas morning extra special.

More than 1 in 3 children in Greater Manchester live in poverty - their parents earn less than 60% of the UK average and are often unable to provide a house with central heating and a hot meal in the evening.

That’s why for the fourth year running we are once again supporting Key 103 ‘‘Mission Christmas’’ appeal and helping them hit the target of raising over £2 million pounds of gifts and cash.
